Review your matches
Every other business gets a score from 0 to 100. The best fits come first, each with the reasons in plain words.

Connect and talk
Send a connection request with a personal note. Once they accept, you can message each other.
How matches are scored
The score is a simple, rule-based formula with five parts. It is not artificial intelligence, so we can always tell you why a company was suggested.
Trade fit
How naturally your two sectors work together. For example, IT companies often need recruiters and logistics firms often need software.
Needs fit
How well their services match the needs you posted, and how well yours match theirs.
Trust
Verified documents, reviews from connected businesses and how complete the profile is.
Location
Same city scores highest. Companies that work further afield still score part of it.
Activity
Businesses active in the last few days score higher than ones that have gone quiet.
Matches under 40 points are hidden, so you only see companies worth your time.
What you can do
Needs
Each need stays up for 30 days and shows how many views and responses it got. Renew it, mark it fulfilled or delete it.
Connections and messages
Send a connection request with a personal note, optionally answering one of their needs. Messaging opens once they accept.
Profiles and verification
Logo, services, portfolio photos and reviews from businesses you are connected with. Upload company documents privately to earn a Verified badge.
Analytics Premium
Profile views per day, who viewed you, your connection funnel, reply time and how your needs perform.
Security
Passwords stored hashed, never in plain text, a list of signed-in devices with sign out everywhere, and recent sign-in activity.
